Lost or Damaged
If you receive your item damaged,
please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a
UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package
3 times for inspection. The investigation can take
up to 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you
once the damaged items are returned to our
location.
If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you
may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the
carrier. We will report a lost package, keep in mind that the
investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will be in contact
with the buyer to gather more information,
if needed.
*The reason that we ask
the buyer to provide the eBay item number
is to prevent any delays for
the buyers, we will hold the
payment until
the buyer contacts Customer Service
or we get a hold of the customer about the auction.
*We offer buyers
up to 14 days
to send in payment, if
the buyer does not send in payment before the due date, we
have the right to cancel the item and file a Unpaid Dispute to
