– How long it take for me to get the item?
Ans: We open Monday to Friday for shipping out the item. (Saturday and Sunday we are close and the shipping company is closed too so we will not ship out any item on Saturday and Sunday) All order will try to ship out within 2 business day (normally we ship out the next business day but some item we might need to get from another warehouse that will take one more business day.) For example, if you purchase the item on Tuesday 1p.m PST then we will try to ship out the item on Wednesday and usually you will take the e-mail from us on Wednesday around 6p.m PST for the tracking number. In additional, if you order on Friday 1p.m PST then your order will process on Monday and mostly will ship out Monday or Tuesday (within 2 business day). Also, you will get the tracking number from us by e-mail on the day we ship out.
– How long it take for me to get the tracking number?
Ans: We will send out all the tracking number on the same day we ship the item. ALL CUSOTMER will get our e-mail for tracking number to the e-mail address you provide on your paypal payment. Therefore, if you order the item on Monday then you should get the e-mail on Tuesday or no later than Wednesday.
