To return an item you must contact us via email at [email protected] within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Voortek Auto Parts, 508 West Washington Avenue, Fertile, Iowa,50434 along with the RMA number.

Voortek Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states via UPS, Fedex or USPS. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada or outside the United States: Expect to pay more for shipping than what I have listed.
We will ship to APO, FPO & PO Boxes if the purchased part will fit in a USPS Priority box.
International shipping is available, please contact us for shipping costs.
Pick up at our facilities is always welcomed. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase, unless the item is very large.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.

If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price.
