Freight shipments are based on weight, size distance and delivery location. In order to accurately quote freight shipments please contact us via the as a question link with the following information: 1. Your zip code. 2. If the shipment is to (A) A business with a loading dock or forklift available. (B) A business. (C) A residence. All freight shipments will be returned to the freight facility and held if the proper delivery type is not selected.
If the item is listed as Freight shipping you must contact us BEFORE you bid on the item for a freight quote. Freight charges can vary widely and be very high over long distances. If you choose your own freight carrier there is a $20.00 crate charge on some large items.
You are provided with a tracking number via . If you do not recieve a tracking number within 2 business days of your order please contact us for your tracking number. You are responsible for accepting delivery of your package including signing for the package if necessary. If a package is returned to us beacuse of missed delivery attempts by UPS the purchaser is responsible for any charges to reship the package.
International shipping is available. Call us for a quote if necessary. ANY CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES OR TAXES are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hrs for instructions. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES OR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF EXTERNAL DAMAGE. WE CAN NOT RECIEVE A DAMAGE REIMBURSEMENT FROM A FREIGHT CARRIER IF YOU ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. Please verify your part numbers or ask us for assistance before ordering. We will help you get the right part you need. We do not accept returns on non defective parts. This includes parts incorrectly ordered and/or parts that are no longer needed. Please know what you are ordering, including color, make model, options, Etc. We will assist you and answer any question we can to the best of our ability. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering.
To return an item you must contact us via messaging within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Lawrence County Auto Recycling, 1326 Wampum Rd Ellwood City, PA 16117 along with the RMA number and your original invoice or packing slip.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Guarantee / Warranty
Color / Paint Color
We do not warranty any color on any body panel, trim panel, door panel, dash panel, airbag to match. We may help and obtain a color code for you, but we do not guarantee that is it accurate. Due to computer monitor differences and the photograph, a color may appear to be different. We can check on these things for you if you are concerned about specific colors or matiching trim.
Body panels
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts, body panels including doors, bumper covers, hoods, trunk lids, fenders or special “cut” items like quarter panels. All body Panels are sold as-is and there is no refund or returns on any body panels period. All of the body panels that we sell are used. There may be rust, nicks, dents or other imperefections in body panels. We try to list the imperefections and take pictures of all parts. Please be prepared to have all body panels refinished. You are buying a used body panel, it has used paint on it. If you expect like new paint on your part, you will have to have it painted.
A/C Compressors
A/C compressors must be installed by a licenced A/C mechanic for the warranty to be valid. Be prepared to return with documentation that the compressor was professionaly installed.
Wheels / Rims
Wheels will show signs of wear including nicks and scratches. If you need a 100% perfect wheel cosmetically, you will need to buy a new wheel. Wheels and rims do not include center caps, lug nuts or tires, even if they are pictured. If you need the center cap, we can provide it in most circumstances, please send us an e-bay message.
