Auction Terms and Conditions: Placing a bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel this auction within the allotted time and will not be held liable for any such cancellation.
Payments: All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. If you cannot get the payment to us within that time frame, please do not bid! All payments by mail must include item number and current legible “ship to” address, and must clear before shipment. If payment is not received on time, the item may no longer be available to you, and we reserve the right to re-list the item and leave appropriate feedback. We ship at least twice a week.
Shipping Handling: We ship to addresses as provided by the auction site, eBay!! Please verify that eBay has your current address! We ship all items by United States Postal Service (USPS). All domestic addresses must be verifiable by the USPS Shipping Assistant program, as we use it to print shipping labels and issue Delivery Confirmation numbers. The carrier will notify you with a Delivery Confirmation number and our eBay ID up to 48 hours before shipment of your item. Please check all shipment status on their web site using this number! Some items may be removed from the bulky display and repacked. Delicate and sensitive items will be securely packed before shipping. Some items will be shipped using only the original packaging, if suitable.
APO/FPO/AE addresses are considered foreign addresses and require duty papers and insurance!
Computed shipping charges are for the 48 contiguous states only!
We recycle packaging material to keep overall cost down, and to help the environment.
Our total shipping charges are a combination of charges and may include actual charges, handling, packaging and materials used. If you have an issue with our shipping/handling charges, please do not bid!
Foreign shipping: All foreign shipping is by Priority Mail! Shipping insurance may, or may not be included in the shipping/handling charge. Please inquire! Some countries do not have shipping insurance available! Items are shipped to those countries strictly at buyer’s risk! No refunds or adjustments can be made to foreign buyers in case of loss or damage in transit if no insurance is purchased!!
Shipping Allowance/Bidding on multiple items: Please contact us if you intend to bid on multiple items so we are able to combine items in the invoice, if possible! A 20% shipping allowance is made on each item after the first (highest S/H priced item), for multiple purchases, if they can be combined, end within 5 days of each other, and are paid for at the same time! Some items cannot be combined! Please inquire. You must make us aware that you are bidding on multiple items, and also let us know when you are through bidding, so all auctions can be combined!
Return Policy: Items shipped to foreign countries are not returnable. We are not responsible for buyer error! If you receive an item that is incorrect, or has “hidden” damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt! If you fail to notify us within that time period, a refund will not be approved! All items have a seven day return privilege. You must return all of the original packaging for inspection. Refunds are given as “money back”. No return/refund will be approved without prior contact with us, if the item is returned without all of the original packaging, or is not returned in re-sellable condition! Shipping charges are not refundable! Please use the eBay message system in order to document any issues/complaints.

Feedback: Feedback is an important part of eBay auctions. No auction is complete until the buyer and seller leave feedback about the item. Because we are now over 400 hundred feedbacks short of what we should have, feedback will be left only on a reciprocal bases after it has been received.
