We offer 30 days money back, if you are no satisfied with the product, simply contact us. Our customer service will be more then happy to help you out on the return.
Also we have a 90 days limited warranty, if there are any leak or defective on the item within 90 days of receiving the item. Simply contact our customer service for more detail.
Any item that are return after 90days, our Return Department reserve the right to reject the return/exchange item.
If any package that needs to be return, please contact our customer service first to receive a RMA form.
If any replacement that is out of stock or back order, our Return Department will issue a refund to the customer.
After 30 days has pass, we will only provide exchange of item only. .
Any item that is approved for return for exchange, item will need to be in brand new condition, which mean that the item is never install and it needs to be kept in the original packaging. Otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Lost & Damage
If any buyer receives an item(s) that was damage during transit we will file a UPS claim. The claim may take up to 5-10 business days to be approved by the UPS service.
After the claim has been filed with UPS the approval can take 5-10 days, UPS will pick up the item at the deliver address to inspect the damages packages.
The investigation is based on damages of the product and the protection used by the seller. Our packers are professionally trained to manually pack our product using enough protection on all four sides of the package to avoid any damages.
After the damage is discovered please do not take the item out from the box and please maintain as it is for inspection it is important to keep the cushions inside the package.
If a signature is made during the delivery and discover damages after, we may not be able to file a claim. Please carefully check your items before confirming the delivery.
