I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota with a 4.7L V8 and I’m looking to buy a throttle body spacer for my it and was wondering a few things. I don’t understand the mechanics behind a throttle body spacer. it seems that its just making the air intake a little longer and it is supposed to have a positive affect on my horse power and fuel economy? Will i have to adjust the throttle cable after installing one?
