What is the shipping method? All shipments are made via UPS Ground. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
We do NOT ship to PO box, APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU, VI or any other countries.
How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? If not specified in the auction then please contact our online sales department to obtain a quote.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.

Our standard return policy on APPROVED returns
There are two types of returns that are approved: Customer Errors and Our Errors. Both have different stipulations and guidelines.
Customer Errors: As all sales are final you are encouraged to verify all the details before purchasing this item.
However, in the rare case where we authorize a return the following will apply:
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.
The return will only be approved within 30 days of the auction end date.
Once the item is returned to us we will issue a refund less the freight charge.
Due to eBay’s new rules it has become beneficial to mark the items as free freight and to include that freight cost into the item’s price. In cases where the freight is marked as free we will issue you a refund for the full price of the item less $30.00 to cover the freight that we paid to ship the item to you.
Our Errors: In the rare case where you receive something that you cannot use because of an error we made the following apply:
Notify us within 30 days
We will verify the error is on our part
If so we will email you a UPS call tag
Once the item has arrived back to our facility we will issue a refund for the full amount including the freight. Nothing will be withheld.
FEEDBACK POLICY
We give feedback on all completed transactions. WE consider a transaction complete after the following: you have paid, we have shipped, you have received the item to your complete satisfaction (if not contact us), and then have left us feedback.
