Free ground shipping is the 48 contiguous US states only, and only for items marked as free shipping.
Domestic Shipping: We ship via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail or UPS (chosen by us). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. From the day we ship, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.
International Shipping: From the day we ship, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.
Oil and Chemicals: All oil and chemicals will be shipped Fed Ex only. No exceptions!
Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Returns:You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Some exchange will also incur a restocking fee.
