Never Enough Auto accepts all forms of payment. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, and not do so through Paypal, you must call our office to make your payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Cashiers Checks. We only accept funds in USD, and payment for your purchase is expected within five calender days or an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you.

PR, GU, AK, HI & APO’s are not in the Lower 48 States. The shipping quoted on the listing, nor the “Free Shipping” applies to these locations. Contact us for a shipping quote. If you provide a PO Box please also provide a physical address since most items do not ship by USPS.
International customers please contact us for a shipping quote. Most items will ship USPS Internationally anywhere in the world.
Inside the contiguous US most items ship by either UPS or Fed Ex and not USPS. Items will ship by the carrier of our choice based on our experience.
Items will only ship to the address on your payment – it is your responsibility to make sure the address you provide with your payment is correct.
International quotes are for transportation costs only and do not include duties, taxes or brokerage charged by carriers or your country. Those fees we are not capable of quoting for you and are not included in the payment required from you by us.
Shipping and delivery times quoted on the listing are for the lower 48 states only. International Shipping is something we do a lot of but sometimes it can create a significant delay. Parts needing to be transferred to be shipped with your carrier of choice, customs, carrier delays – all things that can delay your packages’ shipment or delivery. This is not something we have control over – ask before you place your order.

Once payment has cleared and has been received, your order will be processed. When you make a purchase from Never Enough Auto and pay for that item, under most circumstances your order will be processed within one business day. You will receive an email from us labeled Receipt from Never Enough Auto and attached to that email will be your receipt. This information will be sent to the email address on your payment. We send these emails to EVERY customer. Your tracking number will be entered into and you’ll automatically receive a notification from them.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. Customer Service is very important to us and we’ll do our best to work with you. We prefer you call us so we can come to an agreement as discussing a problem by phone is more productive than by email.
We will not leave feedback for you until it is received from you. Positive feedback will automatically be left for you when you leave positive feedback. This is done through automation and is our way of knowing that a transaction is complete.
