We primarily use USPS due to its delivery times with Priority Mail.
Most items ship via Priority Mail but we do research heavier parts to see if UPS, Fedex or USPS Parcel Post are the least expensive options.
Shipments are made within 3 days of payments. Used parts usually the next day (Mon – Fri). New parts are within 3 days if we don’t have a particular item in stock. We carry over 250,000 items in our catalog. It is impossible to carry all items in stock – we use our New York Warehouse which is 1 day shipping to us.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: USPS, UPS or FEDEX. 90% of the items will ship USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship (up to 4 pounds) USPS First Class Mail. Items heavier than 4 pounds are calculated shipping. We do not add any additional fees on to the items. NOTE TO
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT AMEND OR FALSIFY CUSTOMS FORMS. THIS AMOUNTS TO FRAUD AND WE WILL NOT BE PART OF IT. INCLUDE THE IMPORT TARIFFS, TAXES, ENTRY FEESÂ INTO YOUR CALCULATION OF THE PART OR PARTS TO MAKE SURE YOU WANT TO PURCHASE IT. THESE FEES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBLITY.
New parts are returnable as long as they have not been installed or used. We need to be able to sell these parts as “NEW” parts.
BVÂ Powersports reserves the right to inspect and determine if a parts is in “new” condition.
ELECTRICAL PARTS: Are not returnable. We have no way of testing or determining if you have plugged in or installed an electrical part and burned it out.
Some parts – do have manufacturer’s warranty attached and we will be glad to pass that along to you.
USED PARTS: Are not returnable unless we made and error in determining bike fitment or model used on. Otherwise all sales final on used parts. We are always open to discussing the part, but we do post many more pictures than most stores – you can make a good evaluation of the part by the pictures and description.
Please do not assume with the used part you are getting mounting bolts, brackets, extra wiring, etc. If it is not shown in the picture, then it is not being shipped with the item.
