how long to the effects of full throttle energy drinks usually last?

i had a full throttle at 8 last night, and i havent fallen sleep since 9am yesterday. so ive been up for 24hrs. and im going to a concert tonight, and im wondering if im gonna crash, or are the effect already faded and im fine.
