Stage 2 Performance Clutch kit:
This is a brand new heavy duty clutch setup, an upgrade from Stage 1 clutch kit. It is considered to be best used for everyday usage. This is a versatile set up for the street and on the track. It provides a smooth engagement yet it can holds more power over stock clutches. This is a direct factory replacement clutch kit thus no modifications are needed and the clutch kit includes only the highest grade components from world’s leading high performance clutch manufacturer. The carbonized kevlar friction material is used on all Stage 2 clutch kit to have higher burst strength and heat tolerance. The heavy-duty sprung center with heat treated springs and retainer rivets to increase strengh and reliability. The racing pressure plate features special single diaphragm design to increase clamp load. It features induction hardened diaphragm, CNC machined castings, stronger drive straps and rivets. Our racing pressure plate provides smooth and precise feel with easy modulation. All our Racing Performance pressure plate is load tested on a special testing tool for quality assurance.
This Performance clutch kit includes:
– Clutch pressure plate (Stage 2 Heavy duty)
– Clutch disc (Segmented Kevlar) ( 225mm x 24 splines )
– Release bearing (Genuine parts)
– Pilot bearing (where required)
– Clutch alignment tool
Chromoly Racing Flywheel are all precision machined using the latest CNC technology. The flywheel is made of tempered iron designed for optimum drivability offering a much greater weigh reduction over oem flywheel. The friction surface of the flywheel contains a very high carbon material allowing user to use just about any clutch disc material available from organic, kevlar. copper ceramic and even sintered iron. Holding the flywheel in place are heat treated aerospace nuts and bolts, 304 stainless steel rivets for incredible shear strength and corrosion resistance. The result, a lighter and much stronger and durable racing flywheel.
