We will ship the item as a gift for all international buyers. However Import duties, taxes and charge are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Exchange or Return
-Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt.
– If item(s) arrived damaged or Customer state the item(s) as defective, Customer must email pictures to demonstrate their claim within 3 days of received for visual confirmation.
– For return for exchange/refund, please provide pictures to demonstrate the item(s) are in brand new condition. Once we have visual confirmation and the item(s) are eligible for exchange/refund, a RMA number will be issued. We will refuse any package without a valid RMA number. After receiving a RMA number, please pack the item(s) and provide additional padding to prevent damage during return shipping. On the outside of the package, write the RMA number that was provided. We reserved the rights to decline any return for exchange/refund if the merchandise arrived modified, used, or with unspecified damages.
– Buyer is responsible for all return shipping. Shipping & handling are not refundable under any circumstances.
– We do try our best to keep our inventory accurate for the items that we list. There might be times when popular merchandise is out of stock before we can adjust the listings. If this does happen, we will contact our customer and provide a few options by offering an ETA of the item, exchange or upgrade to another item, or issue a full refund if customer does not wish to be on backorder.
– No replacement will be issued until claim approval or item returned.
